Grouper Fishery and Conservation Project REPORT
In 2016, Blue Marine Foundation initiated the Maldives Grouper Fishery and Conservation Project – BLUE’s first project in the Maldives. The aim of the project was to collect key information to support the implementation of the Maldives Grouper Fishery Management Plan while also raising stakeholder awareness of groupers and their key role in coral reef ecosystems. The following document reports on the activities completed for phase 2 of the project.
